If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee, equivalent of 50% of the total treatments booked for that date.

No shows/no call will be charged 50% of the treatment(s) reserved, and any treatments booked after this date will require payment in full upfront.

If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to avoid delays for the rest of the day.
